What is the check in and check out time?

Early Check-in (please check with reception during normal business hours, at least 2 days prior to your arrival) or late check-out (please see reception during normal business hours) to see if we can accommodate your request, and what fees that may attract. Please note this service must be requested and is subject to incoming availability.
What happens if we arrive outside office hours?
Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform reception during normal business hours at least 2 days in advance of their estimated time of arrival to be given instructions on the afterhours check in procedure. Does Crystal Beachfront Apartments accept schoolies?
Is linen provided?
Sheets, pillowcases, bathmats, bath towels and kitchen tea-towel are provided. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, soap, toilet paper, hand washing up liquid, dish cloth and scourer are provided on initial check in. If any extra is required, it is the guests responsibility to provide.
What car parking facilities does Crystal Beachfront Apartments have?
We have an underground security parking. 1 & 2-bedroom apartments have one car space while all 3-bedroom apartments have two car spaces. Entry height is 2.1 metres on a declined driveway. There are visitor’s car spaces available on request and are subject to availability. There are no limits or meters out the front of Crystal Beachfront Apartments so it’s perfectly fine to park on the street.
How do I make a booking online?
You can book online using our simple and easy to use booking form. Put in your desired dates and you will be shown the rates and availability. Follow the simple steps to place the booking. You will receive an email confirmation once the booking has been received.
