COVID PROTOCOLS

It is up to each guest and visitor to ensure that they are compliant with legislation required in travelling to and from Queensland.

In respect of our accommodation, there are no vaccination requirements, although we do highly recommend, as non vacinnated guests have restructions on their activities outside of our property.

You will however need to check-in via our QR code on an approved APP, or provide information to our office prior to your arrival if you do not have an APP for all guests.

Cleaning Protocols

  • We use only approved cleaning chemicals in preparation of your apartment – our chemicals are non-toxic and non-cacogenic.
  • All linen supplied in the apartments are professionally laundered and freshly placed in your apartment, meeting the highest recommended
    temperatures and best COVID practices to ensure you and your guests safety.

Reception Hours

  • Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.00PM
  • Saturday – 9.00am to 4.00PM
  • Sunday and Public Holidays – closed

PRE-AUTHORISATION $200

Required for BOND on Check-in on a valid credit card. Where a credit card is not available a $300 cash bond will be required on check-in for any damages or charges as will Drivers License or passport details. Click here for full details of Pre-Authorisation.

UNDER 18’s – All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. We reserve the right to refuse any booking if the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current
photo ID on check-in. Parties and loud music is not permitted and will not be tolerated. Guests will be requested to leave immediately without refund.

SCHOOLIES FESTIVAL

Unfortunately, we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual “Schoolies Festival”.

In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period.

For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and or university leavers for the period mid November to mid December each year.

If upon guest arrival, it is found that the booking is in fact a schoolies booking, accommodation will be refused and no refund of accommodation paid will be
applicable.

Car Parking

A secure underground car park is available as follows per booking:

  •  For a 1 or 2 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment booking/s, 1 (0ne) space is allocated
  • For a 3 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment booking/s, 2 (two) spaces are allocated

This is strictly enforced. Should you require additional car parking, this is available on Golden Four Drive without time restrictions or payment.

Body Corporate By-Laws

During your stay, all guests and Visitors are subject to the Body Corporate By-Laws – these rules and regulations are for the comfort of all guests and their visitors.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act). We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent to do so and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us. Your information will not be provided to another trader, now or in the future.

The type of information we may collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the Australian Economic Area we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
